My Yoga Spirit

Basic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
A 2009
session is now being offered
September 2009 - April 2010!
Please
review application for additional details.
First and above all I would
like to extend thanks to our teachers beginning with
the Divine and all amazing instruments of His grace
that I have been blessed with. In tangible spirit I
have my teachers and guru to give thanks to, Nancy
LaNasa my first yoga teacher, my beloved Gurudev,
Sri Swami Satchidananda of Integral Yoga, mine and
Nancy's yoga teachers, the cofounders of Jivamukti
Yoga, David Life and Sharon Gannon, and to their
lineage and beloved guru's Sri Swami Nirmalananda,
Sri Brahmananda Sarasvati, and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
When asked about creating a
teacher training program my response was that I
would never know enough to teach others, I still
feel this way but recognize the most important
element of creating a program is having the right
spirit surrounding you and doing it for the right
reason, I am providing this service because it means
something to me to have good and safe teachers
spreading the word of Yoga and I can only do this at
the hands of my own teachers. Please be advised that
although I am a certified Integral Yoga and
Jivamukti Yoga teacher that this course will provide
you with a certificate as a Basic Hatha Yoga
teacher, no specific designation will be assigned.
In this course you will have
a deeper and clearer understanding of the following:
