| My
Yoga Spirit is a center of peace. Our studio is
a place to join together and share in both a
vigorous and gentle approach to a healthy Hatha
Yoga practice based on a foundation of ethics,
kindness and compassion taught to us in the Yoga
Sutras of Patanjali. |
| |
|
With
age or an athletic lifestyle our muscles tend to
get stiff, which creates more pressure on
the joints. With a regular Yoga practice
we may prevent this gradual muscle and joint
deterioration. With a commitment to a
disciplined Yoga practice, an enormous amount of
energy is released and may be used in our daily
lives to help us see life with more focus and
clarity. We offer various forms of Yoga ranging
from Integral Gentle Hatha to the strength
building Jivamukti Yoga. These classes are
designed to awaken your higher faculties,
improve overall health and strengthen your body
while increasing your sense of peace. |
